While Mountain Property Builders is reaching its own new heights in new home building, Jeff has thirty years career experience in engineering, HVAC and construction. Originally from the San Francisco Bay Area, Jeff was owner/partner in Carter Air Balance delivering expert service in the commercial industry. What began in 1998 as a hobby and passion for rehabbing single and multi-family homes, turned into a revitalized new career as Consultant for builders and developers and to General Contractor building new homes.

Since moving to Colorado in 2007, Jeff has remodeled and newly constructed dozens of single and multi-family homes along the front range. He concentrates his efforts on anticipating and exceeding the needs of the homebuyer, making sure the finest materials are used, basic amenities include features such as granite countertops and garage door openers, and that only quality craftsmanship is provided in the construction of each new home.

Jeff’s priority is to deliver what is promised, working with an award-winning team of architects, engineers, interior designers, subcontractors and supporting staff. He is passionate in achieving new heights in building your dream home.
